In Minsk, temporary traffic restrictions will be in effect on June 5 and 6 due to mass events, the Minsk City Executive Committee's Main Internal Affairs Directorate reported .

On the evening of June 5, starting from 7:00 PM, possible restrictions will be in place on Lenin Street from Internatsionalnaya Street to Nyamiha Street, as well as on Peramozhtsau Avenue from Nyamiha to Melnikaite Street. This is due to the "Mood - Summer" festival. Entry to the event will only be possible through checkpoints with personal searches.
On June 6, the "Viva, Rovar - 2026" bicycle carnival will take place in the capital. Its route will run from the Palace of Sports to "Minsk-Arena" and back.
On this day, vehicle traffic will be restricted:
- on Peramozhtsau Avenue from Lenin Street to Melnikaite Street — from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM;
- on the section from Melnikaite Street to Narachanskaya Street — approximately from 10:50 AM to 12:10 PM.
Also, after 4:30 PM, short-term restrictions are possible on Lenin Street and Peramozhtsau Avenue.
Due to the events, public transport operations will be adjusted.
Items prohibited from being brought into the event areas can be left in luggage storage rooms at Peramozhtsau Avenue, 2 and 4.
The police will operate in an enhanced mode to ensure the safety of participants and guests of the events.
