An administrative building of the railway station in Vitebsk has been put up for auction. The property is being sold on the "BUTB-Property" platform, and its initial price is about 8.2 million rubles, writes Office Life.
The object in question is a three-story brick building, constructed in 1960. Its total area is about 2.7 thousand square meters. The premises are fully equipped with engineering communications: electricity, heating, water supply, telephone communication, and ventilation are available.
In addition to the building itself, the buyer will be offered a land plot of 0.2706 hectares for rent. This lease will be formalized without an auction and without payment for the right to use the land, and the term will be determined upon signing the agreement. The intended purpose of the plot is for the construction and maintenance of administrative buildings and structures.
By the way, this same property was already put up for sale last November on another auction platform — GosTorg. However, the price was not disclosed then, as the organizers only wanted to assess the interest of potential buyers.
