Agreements on an energy truce between Russia and Ukraine have not yet been finalized. This was stated by Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov during a briefing, reports RBC.

He thus answered a journalist's question about whether the Russian Ministry of Defense's reports of strikes on Ukrainian energy facilities mean that Moscow is not satisfied with the idea of a proposed energy truce.
«What are the defined limits of an energy truce, what does it mean? Has this been specified?» — Peskov asked the journalists.
After hearing a negative answer, he added: «You are absolutely right. Therefore, work in this direction continues.»
On the morning of October 14, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that as a result of night strikes on Ukraine, eight energy and communication infrastructure facilities were hit.
In Kyiv — the data processing center «ATM Ukrsibbank», Darnytska CHPP-4, and Kyiv CHPP-5. In the Kyiv region — Kyiv CHPP-6, Trypilska TPP, and the «Kyivska» substation. In Kharkiv and the Kharkiv region — Kharkiv CHPP-5 and Zmiivska TPP.
