Major General Uladzimir Bely has been appointed Deputy Minister of Defense of Belarus. The corresponding decree was signed by Alyaksandr Lukashenka on July 8.

Before the new appointment, Uladzimir Bely headed the main directorate of combat training of the Armed Forces.
By another decree, Major General Alyaksandr Naumenka, who previously held the position of Deputy Minister of Defense, was relieved of this post and discharged from military service to the reserve. At the same time, he retained the right to wear military uniform and insignia.
