Belarus' oldest sports publication will be published only once a week
"Sportivnaya panorama", which until 1995 was called "Fizkulturnik Belarusi" (Physical Culturist of Belarus), and celebrated its 75th anniversary on June 1, is reducing its publication frequency from twice to once a week. It will be published as a weekly starting July 1, writes "Pozirk".

In the second half of 2021, "Sportivnaya panorama", founded by the Ministry of Sports and Tourism, reduced its publication frequency from four to two times a week.
Currently, its circulation is 1,328 copies; in March 2026, it was lower — 1,187 copies. A total of 14,098 issues have been published throughout its history.
"Sportivnaya panorama" is on the list of publications that receive state support. However, according to "Pozirk" data, the newspaper is in crisis.
A year ago, "Pressbol", a newspaper published since 1991, switched from a twice-weekly to a once-weekly release. Currently, its founder is the Belarusian Football Federation, which since July last year has been headed by Yauhen Buloychyk, the former long-serving head of the main department of physical culture and sports of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee. The newspaper's circulation is 4,123 copies.
