A new residential quarter is planned to be built in Tsnyanka near Minsk
A new residential complex called "Most" (Bridge) may appear near Minsk. It is planned to be built in the village of Tsnyanka on the bank of the river, which, according to the project, will pass through the territory of the quarter, writes Office Life.

The development area is located next to the "Northern Shore" complex, where modern urban infrastructure is already being developed. A private sector, without high-rise buildings, is located nearby.
To implement the project, the development company "Bud-AnDzi" was created, which has already opened preliminary registration for potential buyers to assess demand.
The project envisages the construction of 11 four-story urban villas and 36 two- or three-story townhouses. Panoramic windows and three-meter-high ceilings are provided. Apartment areas will range from 55 to 172 square meters, and townhouses from 117 to 146 square meters.
It is also planned to improve the area along the river: create a pedestrian zone, equip sports grounds, a pier, a sandy beach, and a sauna.
According to the concept, the new quarter should become a residential complex with an increased level of comfort. However, the project implementation is currently in the preparatory stage.
