According to the results of the first quarter of 2026, the export of Russian agro-industrial complex and food industry products to Belarus increased by 16% compared to the same period last year, writes the publication "Belarusy i rynok".

In the first three months of 2026, Russia exported agro-industrial complex products to Belarus totaling more than 1 billion dollars, which was 16% more than the figure for the same period in 2025.
According to the results of the first quarter, Belarus entered the top-3 countries — leading buyers of Russian food, reports "Agroexport".
Among the largest categories of products supplied from Russia to Belarus are sunflower oil, pork, and pet food.
Thus, from January to March, shipments of sunflower oil increased by 17% to 149 million dollars, pork and pork offal — by 21% to 85 million dollars, packaged cat and dog food — by 45% to 50 million dollars.
Flour and chocolate confectionery products are also among the top-5 exported goods. Supplies of flour sweets increased by 25% to 48 million dollars, and chocolate sweets — by 31% to 45 million dollars.
According to "Agroexport" estimates, the potential for Russian supplies of agricultural products and food to the Republic by 2030 exceeds 4.4 billion dollars.
