Tekli Mandryk's novel about emigrants in Podlachia has been released

Tekli Mandryk's debut novel "Prytulaк" (Shelter) has been released by the "PaparaćNiaKvietka" publishing house in Poland. The young author took a pseudonym in memory of her grandmother, bellit.info reports .

"Political refugees Lida and Uladz Stseshyk in the spring of 2022 buy a village house in the disappearing village of Kirunki in Podlachia. But the feeling of home and security does not last long for Belarusians, as the development company "Your Podlachian House" awakens the horrors of the past soon after they move in," the annotation states.

The book can be purchased now through the Kirma.sh store.
