Three bands removed from the blacklist of artists. Even "Kino" was allowed
Recently, Nasha Niva published an updated blacklist of artists whose songs are prohibited from being performed in Belarus. After the publication, Minsk establishments were given permission for the hits of some rock bands.

In March, we obtained a fresh list of 179 prohibited performers. Officials included not only Ukrainian stars and opponents of the Putin regime but also ardent Z-patriots. After this information spread, ideologues, it seems, decided to review their own prohibitions.
As Nasha Niva learned, karaoke clubs can now legally sing songs by the band "Zveri" and the pop-rock band "Gradusy" again. Both bands actively tour in the occupied territories of Ukraine.
Another relaxation concerns the cult band "Kino". Viktor Tsoi's songs were also allowed back in karaoke, but with one fundamental condition.
Singing the song "Peremen" (Changes), which was one of the anthems of the 2020 protests, is still strictly forbidden.
