You've probably seen this corner balcony above the "Shchodraya" store in the Stalin-era building on Victory Square in Minsk from the street. Corner and with monumental columns, it attracts the attention of passers-by.

A three-room apartment with this unique balcony has been put up for sale, writes Realt.by.

This five-story Stalin-era building is located on Nezalezhnosti Avenue, 35, on Victory Square.

There is a grocery store "Shchodra" here, and next to it, the cafe "Kofe & Kava". To the right of the cafe, directly from the avenue, is the entrance to the building.

The apartment with that very balcony is located on the fourth floor. Its total area is 76 square meters. The living rooms measure 21 square meters, 13 square meters, and 7 square meters. The kitchen area is 8 square meters.

Here's what the three-room apartment looks like from the inside.

The balcony area is 15 square meters. Access to it is from one of the living rooms.

The bathroom is separate.

The apartment is priced at 250 thousand dollars. The square meter will cost 3,289 dollars.
