TOO "Triovist", operating under the brand of online hypermarket 21vek.by, received a license for activity in the field of communication and launched its own parcel delivery service "21vek.by POST". This is the first license for postal activity issued by the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of Belarus in the last four years, writes Office Life.

The decision to issue the license was made on June 15, and on June 18, the corresponding entry was made in the register. The license is valid throughout Belarus.
Information about branch addresses and tariffs is already available on the new service's website. As of early October, 21 postal service branches were operating in Minsk and its nearest suburbs, including Baraulyany, Novaya Baravaya, Khatsezhyna, and Zaslaul.
The cost of sending parcels without declared value depends on their weight and delivery method.
For individuals, sending parcels between branches costs from 5.51 rubles for a parcel weighing up to 1 kg to 39.90 rubles for a parcel weighing up to 50 kg. Door-to-door delivery in Minsk and Minsk region will cost from 22.90 to 34.20 rubles, and in other regions - from 33.90 to 56.50 rubles. These prices are indicated without VAT.
For legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, sending between branches costs from 6.61 rubles for a shipment up to 1 kg to 47.88 rubles for a shipment up to 50 kg. Door-to-door delivery in the capital region costs from 27.48 to 41.04 rubles, and in other regions - from 40.68 to 67.80 rubles. In these cases, prices are indicated with VAT.
