Former «DPR» State Security Minister Targeted in Moscow Blast Attempt
An assassination attempt on Andrey Pinchuk, the former head of the so-called «DPR» Ministry of State Security, occurred in New Moscow, Russian Telegram channels report.

According to reports, the incident took place on June 12 in Shchapovo village, where a package containing explosives and shrapnel elements detonated near Andrey Pinchuk's house.
According to preliminary data, Pinchuk himself was not injured, as he managed to take cover. His family was in another location at the time of the explosion and also remained unharmed.


As a result of the explosion, windows and doors in the house were damaged. Russian security forces are working at the scene, clarifying the circumstances of the incident and searching for possible suspects.


Andrey Pinchuk served as the head of the «DPR» Ministry of State Security in 2014-2015, immediately after the start of Russia's hybrid war in the eastern regions of Ukraine. He also commanded the volunteer detachment «BARS-13».
