At the joint training of the nuclear forces of Belarus and Russia, his youngest son Kolia was present together with Alexander Lukashenka. He was dressed in a military uniform with the President's Security Service chevron on his shoulder. In the photo, Kolia appears to be guarding his father.

Lukashenka Jr. had appeared in clothing with the Security Service emblem before. For example, in 2024 during a visit to Mongolia — he was in a branded khaki T-shirt.

Does Kolia work for his father's Security Service? This question is raised not only by his clothing but also by his behavior during some trips of Lukashenka Sr., when Kolia walks behind him with other guards, looking around.
"Alexander Lukashenka's son Mikalai was closer to security service employees than to journalists," noted Putin's chronicler Andrei Kolesnikov from the Russian "Kommersant," when Lukashenka came for talks with Putin in the Kremlin in 2025.
