Ukraine's new sanctions package includes 11 Belarusian enterprises and 16 citizens of Belarus. Among them are Sheiman and Lukashenka's sons

The restrictions, which Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy approved on April 29, target both enterprises of the Belarusian military-industrial complex and individuals involved in it or generally close to Alexander Lukashenka.

Sanctions have been imposed against enterprises which, according to the Ukrainian side, produce 122 mm and 152 mm caliber artillery shells for Russian troops. Among them are the Mahilioŭ plant "Olsa", the Minsk plant "Termoplast", and the Zhodzina Heavy Forging Plant, which produce parts for ammunition.

Sanctions have also been imposed against the "IK-9" enterprise from Horki, which produces packaging for shells, and the Babruysk company "NaftaKhimDiahnostyka", where, it is claimed, ammunition testing is carried out.

Restrictions also affected the Viciebsk Electromechanical Plant, which reportedly supplies equipment for the repair and modernization of Russian armored vehicles, as well as the Ashmiany enterprise "Radiotechnika", which produces components for military equipment.

In addition, sanctions extend to Minsk Civil Aviation Plant No. 407, which is involved in the repair of Russian aircraft of the "Tu", "Yak", and "Il" families.

The Barysaŭ Plant of Plastic Products and the Minsk enterprises "Chip and Dip" and "407 Tekhnix" also fell under sanctions.

Among the individuals on the list is Viktar Sheiman, who is alleged to have participated in interstate negotiations, shadowy business schemes, and the organization of circumvention of international sanctions. He is already under sanctions from the USA, EU, UK, Switzerland, and Canada.

Also sanctioned were Viktar and Dzmitry Lukashenka — sons of Alexander Lukashenka. Ukrainians claim that they are involved in exporting products in circumvention of international restrictions, supplying dual-use goods, and re-exporting through the territory of Belarus.

Other individuals mentioned in the documents are Dzmitry Baraznoŭ, Maksim Karpyza, Dzmitry Kisiel, Aliaksandr Markoŭski, Paviel Muraviejka, Aliaksandr Rachmanaŭ, Aliaksandr Sałdacienka, Aliaksiej Suškievič, Maksim Syraj, Dzmitry Čeraj, Aliaksandr Šaliangoŭski, Natałlia Škiet, and Stanislaŭ Jarachovič.
