In Belarus, veterinary services can be provided by state and private clinics. Their type of activity is not yet licensed. But this year, they plan to change this and approve new rules. The bill is already under development, STB reported.

“There are no control measures. We only work today based on citizens' appeals, in case inappropriate treatment or inappropriate prevention has been carried out,” — reported the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
Prices for veterinary services will also be regulated. Currently, prices are regulated only for some medical drugs.
