"Where is everyone?" Belarusian State Circus is looking for 15 employees at once. In the comments - "chapiteau"
The Belarusian State Circus has announced a large recruitment drive – they need artists of almost all main circus genres, as well as technical personnel. The announcement sparked hundreds of jokes about where the previous team went and who could replace everyone at once.

The Belarusian State Circus posted the announcement on Threads on October 12. Within 24 hours, it gathered over five hundred comments.
The circus is looking for an acrobat artist, a carpet artist, an animal trainer, a rider, a musical eccentric, an equilibrist, an aerial gymnast, and a director-producer.
That's not all. They also need an administrator for artistic and performing personnel, a lead economist, a worker for complex repair and maintenance of buildings, a cleaner, a security guard, a buffet attendant, and a prop maker. In total — 15 specialists.

This unusual recruitment sparked the main question among Belarusians: where are all the previous employees?
"Did your entire team quit?"
"Excuse me, what happened to the previous artists, especially the aerial gymnasts?"
"Didn't have anything to feed the tigers?"
"You could have just written: 'Belarusian State Circus needs everyone.' Not a post, but some kind of circus, to be honest."
"This is a demarche, no one has organized such a strike since 1917."
"We just bought tickets for November 1. If you're looking for an entire staff, who will we be watching?"
Some noticed that the long list did not include a clown vacancy.
"No clown needed? My ex is looking for a job."
"It's interesting that they are looking for everyone except clowns. It suggests the circus has left town."
"I feel like your management are quite the clowns."
Commentators also found universal candidates for the positions.
"The All-Belarusian People's Assembly in full composition."
"A list of vacancies for any school."
"Take any kindergarten teacher. One will be enough for all positions."
"You already have Lukashenka — an artist and an economic manager. A professional in all fields, gets along with animals, a master of both carpet and under-carpet affairs. Take a closer look. He just doesn't know how to send a resume."
"I know such a person: he's a hockey player, and a football player, and a historian, knows how to harvest watermelons and understands viruses. Doesn't consider himself a clown. Served in the army, doesn't laugh at the circus. Your man. Can sit on several chairs and can do a full split."
