The Kostyukovichi District Executive Committee is holding a selection process for the position of deputy chairman of the district executive committee — a vacancy for the role responsible for the development of architecture and urban planning, as well as housing policy, has appeared on the employment service website.
The future deputy is promised a salary of 6 to 7 thousand rubles. The candidate must have a higher education and five years of experience in state structures. Applicants with experience in the construction sector are welcome.

The HR department confirms that the deputy position is indeed open on competitive terms. However, they admit that "the main candidate is already under consideration."
"The candidate is undergoing verification. But send your resume, you have every right to do so. Perhaps this candidate won't pass all the checks either, as the first one didn't. I will print out your resume and note all the data. We have two more resumes like that on file."
The future deputy will work under the leadership of Natalia Osmolovskaya — she was appointed chairman of the Kostyukovichi District Executive Committee at the beginning of this year.
The former deputy for architecture lasted less than a year in his position — Aliaksandr Sidarenka began his career as an official in May 2025. As recently as February 2026, he held a direct phone line in his office.
