A 16-year-old teenager was driving a Citroen car.
In the car, he was transporting a group of four people, three of whom were minors, according to the Investigative Committee.
At night, on the 98th kilometer of the Polotsk — Vitebsk highway, he lost control and drove into a ditch, where the car overturned and collided with an electricity pole.
As a result of the accident, the underage unlicensed driver was trapped in the car. Passengers were also injured in the accident. All injured parties were taken to the hospital.
