Propaganda showed a third detainee allegedly for voting in the CC. This is a teacher from Grodno who previously lived in the USA
On camera, the man says that he allegedly visited the website of the Coordination Council, chose Pavel Latushka's list, and voted because he «wanted to find out how quickly the police would find him».

Pro-government Telegram channels showed a video with another detainee allegedly for online voting in the elections to the Coordination Council. This is Pavel Karliukou from Grodno.
He is a graduate of Yanka Kupala Grodno State University, where from 1998 to 2003 he studied foreign languages and even managed to work as a lecturer at his alma mater.
The man spent many years in the USA. From 2007 to 2020, he changed a dozen jobs overseas: he was a waiter on cruise liners, worked in hotels, car dealerships, and cafes in Florida and other states.
However, the American dream did not materialize. In September 2020, the Grodno resident left a review for the US immigration service in Chicago. The man complained that he was denied permanent residency documents due to the lack of some vaccination.
Karliukou returned to teaching. In recent years, he worked as a freelance English teacher, including at the Skyeng online school.
What has happened to him now — is unknown.
Security forces threatened to open a criminal case for «assisting extremist activities» against both those running for the CC and those voting.
It is unknown whether Karliukou actually voted. He might have followed a real voting link but not enabled a VPN, which would allow the security forces to track his activity. He might have followed a fake link. It's also possible that he was detained for something else but asked to voice a prepared text about voting.
