Russia is one of the few countries in the world where transgender porn is most frequently watched
The popular portal Pornhub published statistics on what kind of porn was watched in different countries of the world in 2025. In Belarus, videos with anal sex were the most popular.
The «Lesbian» category took the lead in the global ranking. Compared to last year, it climbed three positions. However, last year's favorite — videos with «MILFs» (women aged 33-44) — dropped to third place.
Videos with transgenders took second place in popularity.
«Anal sex» (4th place) and «Mature» (women aged 45-59) also made it into the top five. The latter category maintained its position from last year.
In addition to the top 5, there was a surge in interest in Indian porn (the category climbed 15 ranks) and «solo female» (+10 positions). Requests for Latinas (+9), Koreans (+8), and oral sex (Blowjob, +7) also significantly increased.
Who watches and how much?
Japan became the leader in visit duration this year: the average visit time was 11 minutes and 2 seconds (last year, Japan was in 8th place with 9:42).
The average viewing time worldwide was 9 minutes 33 seconds, which is 7 seconds less than a year ago. However, female visitors spent an average of 15 seconds more on the site than men.
Male and female tastes
The tastes of men and women traditionally differed. Men most often searched for: Japanese porn, MILFs, Mature, and anal sex.
Women preferred categories: lesbians, Japanese, MILFs, and anal. They also watched the «Reality» category 155% more often than men.
What about priorities in our region?
Belarusians primarily watched videos with anal sex. In this, they are similar to Latvians. However, our other neighbors — Ukrainians, Lithuanians, and Poles — preferred spicy scenes featuring «MILFs.»
Speaking of Russia, residents of that country preferred videos featuring transgenders.
The authors of the review attribute the global rise in popularity of this category to the growing acceptance of the LGBT community.
However, in the case of Russia, this seems ironic: it turns out that the well-known saying «forbidden fruit is sweet» has proven true. The stronger the fight against «LGBT propaganda» and for the strengthening of «traditional values» in the country, the more ordinary citizens search for scenes with «non-traditional» sex practices online. By the way, last year, videos featuring anal sex were in the lead there.
