This will be a closed area with various recreation zones: large lounge spaces, children's and sports playgrounds, photo zones, and art objects. They also promise a beach and even movie screenings.
For visitors, rentals of sun loungers, umbrellas, bicycles, SUP boards, catamarans, boats, and yachts are planned. It will be possible to rent gazebos or sports grounds, and also use an indoor swimming pool.
A separate highlight is the food court, which is still being formed, but it is already known that various street food projects will operate there, including "Pink Panther," Bulba Frites, WOW Waffles, Comida Mexicana, Thai Point, and others.
