In Mogilev, the restored steam locomotive monument 9P-536 was solemnly unveiled. The ceremony was timed to coincide with the 80th anniversary of the formation of the Mogilev branch of the Belarusian Railway.

The event took place in the square opposite the city railway station. It was attended by honored guests, representatives of the railway management, and local residents.
For many years, the 9P-536 steam locomotive was part of the urban landscape on the street near the former House of Railway Workers' Culture. After restoration, the locomotive received a new place in the square near the city's main gates, where it now greets passengers arriving in or departing from Mogilev.
The restoration, it is claimed, allowed for the recovery of the steam locomotive's historical appearance and highlighted its technical value. The monument has become not only an adornment of the area near the station but also a reminder of railway history, closely linked to the development of Mogilev.
