Arsenneva Prize Shortlist Announced

The three contenders for the main poetry prize for 2025 have been announced.

— Maks Shchur "Tea Collection. Selected Post-poetry 2007—2025".

— Ilya Kulbitski "Chronicle of Emptiness Denial".

— Ihar Kulikou "Non-local Distance".

While the names of Maks Shchur and Ihar Kulikou have long been well-known to readers, the name of debutant Ilya Kulbitski is probably only familiar to specialists. This makes the jury's final decision all the more interesting, reports the "Community of Belarusian Writers".

The award ceremony for the laureates of the Natallia Arsenneva Prize will take place on May 27 at 7:00 PM at the New Theatre (Nowy Teatr, Warsaw).
