A new social boarding house "Solnechny" (Sunny) for children with special needs is being built in Minsk. The complex will appear at Vygotsky Street, 16 and will consist of six separate buildings connected by special galleries, Minskstroy reported .

Builders reported that by the end of May, they plan to complete monolithic work on the frames of all facilities. In the buildings where the swimming pool and gym will be located, the external walls are already ready, and work on the roof and internal communications continues.
In addition, heating and water supply networks are being laid on the territory, and in May, the concreting of foundations for the complex's fence will also begin.
The new boarding house will be two-story, but quite large in area — over 6.6 thousand square meters. It is designed for 120 places.
