«Currently, we are developing the territory within Polesskaya and Lugovaya streets. The demolition of 34 estates and the construction of three 25-story residential buildings with a total area of 39,366 square meters are planned, with construction phases allocated for 2027-2030», — the official reported.
Viktor Gutko, Chairman of the Committee for Architecture and Urban Planning of the Minsk City Executive Committee, added to his information:
«The territory in the area of Polesskaya, Oranzhereynaya, and Lugovaya streets is covered by detailed urban planning documentation. A concept for the placement of objects has been developed, which envisages the construction of three multi-apartment residential buildings — so-called "candles" [towers]. As far as I know, an act of land plot selection has already been formalized, and the client, UKB Sovetsky District, is assessing the real estate objects subject to demolition to provide compensation.»
