Dollar reached the three-ruble mark, euro — almost three and a half rubles
At the start of trading in Minsk on August 17, the American currency appreciated by 2.25 kopecks to 3.0131 rubles.

At the beginning of the year, the dollar cost 2.9047. In the first half of the year, it several times reached the three-ruble mark and fell below it.
In April, it started to cheapen, on May 11 it dropped to 2.8 rubles, and a week later it even fell to 2.7293.
But after that, growth began.
The euro today rose by 4.61 kopecks to 3.4909.
