Man with disability couldn't find work in village — Threads community fixed situation in a couple of days
A woman told on Threads about a villager with a disability who couldn't find work. Belarusians solved the problem — now the man has both a job and money for the first period.

A user with the nickname marisemashko published a video featuring Mikalai, a 41-year-old resident of Dukora village in the Minsk region. Due to the consequences of a craniocerebral injury, Mikalai has a third group disability.
Like many Belarusians with such a status, the man struggled to find work for a long time — he had to survive on a pension of about 500 rubles. At the same time, according to the video's author, Mikalai is ready to work:
"The man doesn't drink, he wants to work. Of course, in the past, he was on record for a bit. Now Kolia doesn't drink, he understands he shouldn't, and this is the third year. But he isn't even hired as a janitor anywhere. He lives in his old parental house."
Mikalai's injury left consequences — the man has minor speech problems and one arm works a little worse. Mikalai was registered for employment but it yielded no benefit.
The woman's post received hundreds of comments. Various options were suggested — from contacting the local church to moving to the Moscow region and working as a janitor in Nara-Fominsk there.
But the issue was resolved more simply. Now Mikalai has a job at a local museum complex with a farmstead:
"Thanks to you, all caring people, I received a message from 'Dukorski Mayontak' (Dukora Estate). Kolia is being hired for work right in Dukora, he can walk to work, and the salary is very decent for him."
The author of the post clarified in the comments that Mikalai will be cleaning the complex's territory, meaning they found him a janitor vacancy. The user also wrote that Mikalai received financial assistance — though she didn't specify whom to thank for it.
