Living in an apartment without finishing no longer surprises anyone. People somehow settle into bare walls — both their own and rented ones. Sometimes, only the price that some landlords set for renting unfinished meters is surprising.
Currently, in "Minsk-World," which is famous for this type of housing, a one-room apartment is being rented for $350. The only amenities are old furniture and a carpet. Moreover, a penalty system has been devised for future tenants, writes Onliner.by.
The apartment is located in a building on Nikola Tesla Street, 23. It is quite spacious — 51 sq. m. Such an area allows for zoning a large bedroom and a living area with a kitchen. However, there are currently no partitions in the apartment. Even the bathroom and toilet do not have doors.
The owner describes the advantages of the offer:
— Water has been supplied, a toilet and shower cabin, a sink, a washing machine, two large sofas, and a small kitchen have been installed. The walls are without renovation, and there is no flooring.
Such ascetic accommodation can be rented for $350.
However, for those willing to live in Spartan conditions, certain requirements are set:
— The contract is for exactly one year. If you move out earlier than one year — a penalty of $350. For longer rentals, the price is negotiable. The first and last month are paid.
