All relevant emergency services have arrived at the scene. Information regarding the extent of damage and possible casualties is being clarified.

Meanwhile, reports began circulating in Telegram channels that the Russian strike allegedly hit an enterprise of the Roshen company — the business of former Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko. However, authorities have not yet officially confirmed which specific object was affected.

Before the attack, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine warned about the movement of a jet drone towards Vinnytsia from the north.
