"We warned": Montenegro's Prime Minister commented on the detention of the head of the "Rybar" channel

Montenegro's Prime Minister Milojko Spajić commented on the detention of the head of "Rybar", Mikhail Zvinchuk, and his team.
"We warned that attempts at hybrid interference and destabilization of Montenegro do not stop and accompany our European path," Spajić stated.
According to the Prime Minister, now is not the time for hasty statements, however, there are serious grounds that require thorough verification. He emphasized that the authorities will not disclose details that should remain within the competence of the special services.
"State institutions are doing their job, Montenegro defends its interests, and no one will jeopardize our European future," added the Prime Minister.
Mikhail Zvinchuk, along with several of his employees, was detained on the morning of October 9 in the city of Risan. Among those detained are Mikhail Zvinchuk's wife and associate, Valeria.
The detention operation was carried out by the Montenegrin police in cooperation with the country's National Security Agency.
