From May 4, the Consular Section of the Polish Embassy in Minsk is introducing a simplified procedure for booking visa application submission for individuals aged 60 and older, invited to Poland by their children or grandchildren — Polish citizens.
To book an appointment, it is necessary to send an email to the Consular Section's email address miń[email protected] requesting an appointment date without prior registration. The subject of the email should indicate: zaproszenie UW 60+.
It is mandatory to attach to the email a copy of the invitation registered with the Voivodeship Office, and also provide full contact details, including a phone number.
Based on the request, the applicant will be assigned a date and time for a visit to one of the visa application reception points in Minsk, Gomel, Mogilev, or Vitebsk, depending on their place of residence.
Incomplete applications that do not contain the necessary documents and information will not be processed. In case of no-show at the appointed time, re-appointment under the preferential procedure is not possible.
