The President of Ukraine wants the US to lift restrictions on intelligence sharing and arms supplies.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appealed to a bipartisan group of US senators to pressure the administration of President Donald Trump to lift restrictions on intelligence sharing and arms supplies. This was reported by "Ukrainska Pravda" with reference to Axios.
According to Axios, which obtained a transcript of the meeting, during an online conversation with a group of senators led by Republican Thom Tillis and Democrat Richard Blumenthal, Zelenskyy spoke about the problems Ukraine is facing.
Specifically, he mentioned the Starlink and Starshield satellite systems, which, according to him, continue to operate with certain restrictions, despite statements to the contrary from the White House.
"We still have no explanation for this. Unfortunately, we only hear various strange stories," Zelenskyy told the senators, adding that this complicates Ukraine's ability to shoot down Russian attack drones.
The President of Ukraine noted that over the past week, Ukraine did not receive warnings from the US about Russian ballistic missile strikes three times, including on Sunday. He suggested that this indicates restrictions on intelligence sharing.
