Aliaksei Karablou, co-founder of the well-known architectural bureau ZROBIM architects, who lives in the USA, is selling his share in the business.
This was announced on Instagram by the other co-founder of the bureau, Andrei Makouski (Andrus Bezdar), who was recently released from the pre-trial detention center.
Aliaksei Karablou is an architect who has received many design and architectural awards. He and Makouski founded the bureau in 2011.

The persecution of the management and employees of ZROBIM architects began in April 2026. At that time, security forces detained about 50 people, and the popular architectural bureau itself was accused of receiving "unaccounted profit" totaling 6 million dollars and paying salaries in envelopes. The total damage to the budget was estimated at more than 5 million rubles.
Andrei Makouski himself remained in custody.
In June 2026, an announcement appeared on his social networks about the sale of an unfinished villa on the Thai island of Phuket in the elite Botanica Pru Jampa complex, and in July — a plot of land for a tourist complex on the shore of Vileyka.
On August 5, it became known that Andrus Bezdar was released from the pre-trial detention center.
