In which residential complexes will it be possible to buy an apartment with a mortgage at 1%?

It recently became known that Belarusbank is launching mortgages for new buildings at 1%. Such a minimal interest rate will be for the first two years, after which it will be 15.4%.
Several developers have already announced that it will be possible to buy housing from them under this program.
The company "A-100 Development" will allow taking such a mortgage for the residential complexes "Novaya Baravaya" and "Zialionaya Havan" (Green Harbor) starting from August 13. Even in the elite Depo complex, you can build with a mortgage at 1%. It can be taken for a period of up to 20 years, and if desired, repaid early. "The deferment of payment on the principal debt is 12 months. The maximum loan amount is not limited – it depends on the cost of the object, the amount of own funds, and the solvency of the borrower. If the lending conditions are met, the agreement can be drawn up without attracting guarantors," the company announced.
The program also includes the residential complexes "Paunochny Bereh" (Northern Shore), "Viarchyna" (Peak). In the latter, in addition to the Belarusbank mortgage, there is a partnership program with BNB-Bank: 1% per annum for the first year, then 16%.
Mortgages will also be provided for "Grand Crystal" in Liabiazhy (built by the company "SMU-87"). Issuance will begin on August 17.
In Brest and Hrodna, under such conditions, it will be possible to buy new housing from "Paliessiezhyllbud".
