Today, Lukashenka familiarized himself with the activities of one of the production branches of "Savushkin Product", located in the Brest region, specifically its agricultural enterprise "Savushkav-Pramen", BelTA writes.
«Why do people work well here? Because they are paid wages,» he said. «They (workers) work for money. For decent money.»
Alexander Lukashenka also drew attention to the timely payment of wages.
«Don't spare (money) for farmers. You cannot spoil them, but if they produce results, they must be paid,» the politician emphasized.
«I treat private entrepreneurs with respect and we will support them, but results are needed. As I simply and sincerely tell them: 'Guys, you need to share'. Not with me. You need to share with those who work next to you, who work for you,» he added.
