State Press Deleted the Text of Ambassador Dapkiunas' Rude Speech at the OSCE
The state agency "BelTA" and the website of Lukashenka's Administration newspaper "SB. Belarus Today" today published the text of the speech by Andrei Dapkiunas, Permanent Representative of Belarus to the OSCE, at a meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council, and later deleted the publication. No explanations for this step from the editorial offices have been given yet, writes Reform.news.

This speech by Dapkiunas seemed excessively harsh even for modern Belarusian diplomacy. In it, among other things, he stated that Ukraine is ruled by 'Mr. Bean on crack'.
Dapkiunas also called Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy 'the de facto leader of Ukraine' and compared him to an animal, calling him 'Europe's pet'.
