Governor of Bryansk Oblast published photos of Belarusian children from the hospital
"Visited the victims of the passenger bus attack in the hospital. Of course, the children are very scared, to experience something like that..." wrote Yegor Kovalchuk in his Telegram channel.
"The father of one of the boys arrived, he is very worried, I tried to calm him down. The boy who is currently in intensive care has his mother by his side, she was also on the bus. Doctors' prognoses are favorable, the children's lives are not in danger.
In the near future, a group of the best specialists from the Center for Disaster Medicine will arrive, who specialize precisely in these types of injuries - barotrauma, shrapnel wounds. If necessary, the children will be transferred to clinics in Moscow, but Bryansk doctors are doing everything possible.
Belarusian specialists have already arrived in Pochep, where the remaining unaffected bus passengers, 36 people, are located. All conditions have been created for them at the temporary accommodation point, which was promptly set up, and psychologists are working," he wrote.
Kovalchuk says that this was a completely deliberate strike on civilian transport on a busy highway. On the same section of the road today there were other incidents with vehicles, part of the highway was blocked.
