In Biała Podlaska, in broad daylight, Russian caricaturist Siamion Skrapetski was killed by point-blank shots. In his time, he supported Belarusian protests. In his caricatures, the artist sharply criticized Alexander Lukashenka.

Siamion Skrapetski (real name — Robert Kuzaukov) is a renowned caricaturist, a native of Altai. The artist gained fame for his sharp satirical portraits and caricatures of political leaders, including Vladimir Putin, Ramzan Kadyrov, and Alexei Navalny.

Alexander Lukashenka was also among the objects of his attention.

"They don't give away the beloved"

The attack was carried out on June 15: the killer shot the artist several times at close range. Skrapetski could not be saved.

According to media reports, two criminals may have been involved in the attack. According to unofficial information, the police detained a Belarusian citizen near the building of the Belarusian consulate in Biała Podlaska. There are no official reports on whether he is connected to the murder.

On the day of the attack, the artist wrote that he was being threatened by "Russian patriots" who promised that "Kadyrov himself, personally, on Putin's order, would rape" him.
