Alexander Lukashenka signed a decree pardoning 15 convicts. Among them are 13 people who, as noted in the official statement, «were convicted of extremist crimes», meaning they are political prisoners.
The majority of those pardoned are women: there are 10 of them.
The names of those pardoned, as is usual in such cases, are not disclosed.
