Traffic Police Intensified Patrolling of Braslav Region for the Weekend
In the Braslav district, road control was intensified over the weekend due to the major music festival Viva Braslav. Additional traffic police crews were dispatched there, including officers of the State Automobile Inspectorate from the Minsk and Grodno regions, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported .

During the event, various control methods will be used: motorcycle patrols, drones, the special unit "Strela" (Arrow), as well as unmarked vehicles.
Inspectors will pay special attention to the most dangerous violations: driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, dangerous overtakes, ignoring seat belts, the absence of motorcycle helmets for motorcyclists, and improper transportation of children.
The Traffic Police notes that the intensified measures should help increase road safety during the period of a large number of visitors to the Viva Braslav festival.
