Number of dead in Kyiv rises to 13 people

As a result of a massive Russian attack on Ukraine, significant destruction has been recorded in Kyiv, with dead and dozens injured, and the number of victims continues to rise.
According to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Ihor Klymenko, 13 people are already known to have died.
He added that in the Darnytskyi district, part of a nine-story residential building was destroyed. Rescuers continue to unblock people from under the rubble, so the number of victims is likely to increase.
The National Police also clarified that among the injured are two young children and an employee of the State Emergency Service.
In total, more than 20 residential buildings in Kyiv have been damaged as a result of the Russian shelling. Rescuers continue to work at 15 locations.
