Minsk Mayor Vladimir Kukharev gave three tasks: to promptly study the condition of the ceilings; together with all interested parties, to begin dismantling and removing damaged structures; to develop a project for anti-emergency measures, which includes protection from precipitation and roof restoration.
A scientific director for the project has been appointed, as the object belongs to the 3rd category of historical and cultural value.
It was also instructed to take the necessary measures to restore electricity and gas supply. We remind you that residents have been temporarily relocated to a dormitory.
