In Beijing, a light aircraft crashed into the CITIC Tower (China Zun) skyscraper — the tallest building in the Chinese capital.
The incident involved a Sunward SA60L Aurora aircraft belonging to a local airline. After the collision, large debris from the building and the plane fell onto the street.
People were evacuated from the 109-story skyscraper.
According to preliminary information, one woman was injured. She was hospitalized with a head injury. The circumstances of the incident are being investigated.
The China Zun skyscraper is among the top 10 tallest buildings in the world. The tower's height is 528 meters.
