Social workers in the village will be provided with bicycles
Social workers in Belarus will travel on bicycles and electric bicycles. The Ministry of Labor has decided to provide them with personal mobility aids.
Bicycles will be provided in localities where there is no regular transport connection, and also if the public transport schedule does not coincide with the citizen service schedule.
Every worker who provides home social services, with a route length of up to 5 km per day, will receive a bicycle. And if the distance is greater — an electric bicycle or a bicycle of their choice.
In addition, specialists who are involved in identifying citizens in need of social support and assessing their need for social services will receive electric bicycles. However, at a rate of one unit of equipment per five people.
