Colonel Kisial, the hero of phone leaks who called for maiming demonstrators, was suddenly demoted to district level
He was the first deputy in the Brest regional and Minsk regional police, and now he's ended up in Valozhyn.

There is a new police chief in the Valozhyn district.
47-year-old Colonel Siarhei Aliashkevich, who took office only in August 2025, headed the Minsk District Police — one could say, he was promoted.

And his place was unexpectedly taken by Colonel Aliaksandr Kisial. For him, the position in Valozhyn is a clear demotion, because until the last moment, Kisial was the first deputy head of the Internal Affairs Department of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee.
Kisial is 42 years old, he is from Nesvizh district. He graduated from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, after which he returned to his homeland as a district police officer. He served in Nesvizh, in the Minsk regional police, and was the first deputy head of the Maladzyechna District Department of Internal Affairs.
In 2019, he became the first deputy head of the Internal Affairs Department of the Brest Regional Executive Committee — head of public security police. There he distinguished himself during the brutal suppression of protests.

«They should stand on their knees, f***. Some on their knees, some on their elbows, b****. Since yesterday evening, b****, they've been standing like that, f***. There the dogs, b****, these, b****, surrounded them, f***, and whoever twitches, b****, gets f***ed immediately. The more, b****, they're beaten up, the more, b****, will go to the hospital, b****, the better, b****... So, b****, they beat them all there, b****, like cats, b****," — boasted Kisial to a Minsk colleague.
In 2024, Kisial was transferred to a similar position in the Minsk Regional Executive Committee, and now he's gone downhill.
