FIFA demanded that the Haiti national team change its kit design a few days before the World Cup kick-off
All because of a battle scene on it.
The kit, which was used in two pre-tournament friendly matches, featured an illustration of the Battle of Vertières in 1803, which secured Haiti's independence, as well as the country's first national flag.

However, the international federation's regulations prohibit placing any political, religious, or personal messages and slogans on equipment.
FIFA deemed that some visual elements could be interpreted differently within its equipment regulations and consequently demanded changes to the design.
The Haiti national team plays in the World Cup in the same group as Brazil, Scotland, and Morocco. Their first match will be against Scotland on Sunday night. Kick-off at 4 AM Minsk time.
Overall, this is Haiti's second championship. This Caribbean team first played in the World Cup in 1974 but lost all three group stage matches.
