Secretary of State of the Security Council Alexander Valfovich stated that Europe is preparing for war in 2030.
"The West is openly preparing for war. In all strategic documents or strategic planning documents of the West, the start of a war on the European continent in 2030 is laid down. They are setting this out. All their military budgets are aimed at this. This is an aggressive militaristic policy of the West, which is aimed today precisely at undermining peace and security.
