Vitebsk Station Building Again Up for Auction
One of the buildings of the Vitebsk railway station is again being attempted to be sold, although the previous attempt was unsuccessful — no buyers were found, writes Blizko.by.
As early as November 2025, the building was put up for sale under the name "Administrative Building" at the address: Vitebsk, Kosmonavtov Street, 10G.
This is a three-story object, built in 1960 and significantly rebuilt since then. Currently, it houses, for example, regional line ticket offices and a hairdresser. The total area is about 2725 square meters, and the seller is the Vitebsk branch of the Belarusian Railway.
Initially, it was only a study of demand without actual bidding. In December, the price became known — about 8.2 million rubles. In February 2026, the object was already put up for auction with the same amount, but the bidding in March did not take place because no applications were received.
Now the station is again being attempted to be sold. The price has not changed and remains at the same level — slightly more than 8.19 million rubles. Taking into account the bidding increment and additional costs, the minimum purchase amount will be about 8.6 million rubles.
A new auction is scheduled for April 30.
