In the agro-town of Parechcha, 30 kilometers from Grodno, an unfinished health complex has been put up for sale. They are asking 9 million rubles for the property, which is approximately 3 million dollars, but it is also possible to join in financing its completion, writes newgrodno.by.

Parechcha is known for the oldest railway station in Belarus, as well as its picturesque nature and therapeutic factors. A sanatorium with the same name has been operating here for many years. The new health complex is being built on the shore of Lake Malochnaye.

A distinctive feature of the property is its location next to a natural mineral water spring, unique for Belarus. According to the description, this is the only natural source in our country of chloride-sodium-calcium water with increased silicon and bromine content and a low level of radon. Two wells with mineral water have been drilled on the complex's territory.

Construction is approximately 85% complete. The main building, with an area of 4,000 square meters, is designed for 50 rooms of standard and family types. Approximately 100-104 people can be accommodated here simultaneously.

The project includes the creation of a spa area with a sauna, hammam, jacuzzi and plunge pool, as well as a winter garden and a heated glass-enclosed veranda with a lake view. A private beach has also been equipped for guests. Gas and water have already been supplied to the complex.

Among the advantages of the property is its geographical location: about 10 kilometers to the Lithuanian border, and about 50 to the Polish border. Additionally, the region is located on a route used by Russian tourists.
