Police detained a 35-year-old Belarusian in the Poniec commune in the Greater Poland Voivodeship. During a document check, it turned out that he had no right to be in Poland, the Gostyń police reported.
The Belarusian arrived in Poland on the basis of a visa. After the expiration of his legal stay, he applied to the Voivode for a temporary residence permit. However, the proceedings in the case were suspended, and the Belarusian did not receive a residence permit.
